Chocolate chip cookies
1 c. shortening 2 1/4c. flour
1/2 c. sugar 1 t. salt
1 c. brown sugar 1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla 2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs (well beaten)
Cream together shortening, sugars, and vanilla. add well beaten eggs in. Add flour, salt, and soda. then add chocolate chips. drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. bake 10 min at 375
