Corn dog muffins
1 box jiffy corn bread 1 egg
1/3 c. milk 3 hot dogs (diced)
Mix jiffy mix milk and egg just until moistened, add hot dogs. place in greased or lined muffin tins 2/3 full. bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
